Deputy Manager – Home Team (Personal Care)

Audit the staff permanent rota to ensure care staff have right skills to match the client and enough travel time between calls are given

    • 9 am to 5 pm– Monday to Friday X 1 (Weekend should be available on phone)

    • Cover Complex Care Deputy Manager’s absence

    • Accountable coordinators rota; always maintain Monday to Sunday, morning and evening X 2 staff
